Qalcu stores account, company, customer and estimate information needed to provide the service. We do not publish private dashboard data. Public estimate links should be shared only with intended recipients.

Account and customer data

Information entered into an account is used to provide estimate, customer and calculator features. Contractors are responsible for having an appropriate business reason to store customer information.

Security

Sessions use signed cookies, private application pages are marked noindex, and production deployments should use HTTPS, backups and unique secrets. Administrative controls allow accounts to be blocked or removed when necessary.

Retention

Account information remains available while an account is active. An administrator may remove an account and its related portal data when deletion is requested or required.
